Does anyone here remember Lost in Space?

The 1997 film version?

It was an imminently forgettable film (though I recall it had Heather Graham in it) and involved the Robinsons trying to save the Earth because the ozone layer was thinning and there would not be enough food. Yes, ER, space movies continued to be PC propaganda shills.

Well they stumble through a time warp created by the future version of the Robinson's young son, Will. They crash on a planet and immediately come face to face with an alternative future concealed in a time bubble.

What does this have to do with this economic crisis?

The futures of this world are many and varied. Yet with each significant act of energy imparted into certain things the probabilities of certain near futures become statistically higher. All energy regenerates and unless its regeneration pattern is altered it simply produces more of the same.

The stimulus packages and the socialist propaganda being embraced leads to a spectra of dismal futures.

A few focal points or parallaxes in cycles set the stage for the next period of time. This is the parallax of 1929 now remanifesting in 2009 - an 80 year cycle has swung around again. Obama gets to repeat the mistakes of FDR, all while being worshipped by the masses and a great world war will follow in his wake - just like FDR.

..or if a few key individuals get to interface at a level outside the closed loop of history (ex: time travelers) then the past need not be repeated in its horrendous totality.

Those expressions of energy who become self aware are not chained to a single loop. History need not repeat itself if enough of the masses achieve self awareness.

This will be an eerily prophetic post if, as I suspect, this loop is an almost done deal.
