“Mr. Steele: You are head of the R.N.C.,†Mr. Limbaugh said. “You are not head of the Republican Party. Tens of millions of conservatives and Republicans have nothing to do with the R.N.C. and right now they want nothing to do with it.â€
No wonder bipartisanship won't work.
"On Sunday, White House chief of staff Rahm Emanuel said: "It's our desire that the Republicans would work with us and try to be constructive, rather than adopt the philosophy of somebody like Rush Limbaugh, who is praying for failure." It was a theme that Obama spokesman Robert Gibbs reiterated during his press briefing Monday."
But we haven't heard from the Republicans on these boards. Maybe they're still waiting for Rush to get on the air today with more talking points. Maybe they already knew about this transfer of power from the RNC to a junkie talk radio host and didn't care.
But at the very least this should be the end of those tedious "What the Democratic Party needs to do to get it together" posts from the neocons.

Rush to RNC - You don't represent Republicans, I represent Republicans. (Why biparitsanship isn't working.)
