"North Korea is “compelled to declare that security cannot be guaranteed for South Korean civil airplanes flying through the territorial air of our side ... and its vicinity above the East Sea of Korea†during the period of the military drill, which is scheduled to end on March 20."
It simply makes sense. The only reason for the South Korean - American military "drill" is to threaten North Korea. Who else are they going to fight over there?
And these "drills" are often used as a pretext to hide, or innocently explain, a mobilization for an invasion.
If two hostile countries were conducting a military exercise in Mexico do you believe the US would allow their airplanes to utilize American airspace while that was going on?
The next question is why there is the demonizing drumbeat?
