Place a few dozen units around Seoul to protect it from incoming artillery fire then launch a massive strike against North Korea with MLRS batteries, cruise missiles and massive aerial bombardment. Once the front line NK units are pulverized, roll into the country with a massive armored spearhead.

It would all be over within a week. The South Koreans could then go in a take the country over to begin rebuilding and integration.
