Pretty much spot on
The war is not "won" as some on the right here like to say. It is certainly not lost. But it is time for us to begin our permanent departure. We've stabilized the situation and now it's time to hand it over to the Iraqis. The timetable for withdrawing is what our military leaders have advised the president. What happens next in Iraq is in their own hands. We should continue to help with advisors, other aid of course.
