The part of your post I responded to was:

This is almost a definition of what an omnibus spending bill is. And (to reiterate) I do not recall you having this particular objection for the last 8 years.
As to all the other items in your rant, I really feel ugly when I resort to a fisky approach. Your use of buckshot requires either a good fisking or selecting a single or a few points to discuss, and I chose the latter.
