You imply that: The universe and its precise laws were created without a creator.
No one knows who created God, but we can speculate. Some scientists speculate that there is more than one universe, if this is so, then we can speculate that God exists in another universe.
We could speculate that the creator knows why things happen and why we are here.
Scientists cannot form answers without questions. Those nouns and prepositions are arranged in a form that creates questions, if you are a scientist then answering those questions might earn you a Nobel prize.
The only specification I am attributing to the creator is that creation happens under the direction of the creator, or creators, as in the design and construction of my computer.
