"if something exists, such as space, mass and energy, then those ingredients must have originated somehow, you and the scientists do not seem to know how they came into existence.
"Until scientists can prove otherwise; I will continue to believe that SPACE, MASS and ENERGY exist because they were created."
If something exists, such as God, then he must have originated somehow, you and the religionists do not seem to know how he came into existence.
Until the religionists can prove otherwise, I will continue to believe God does not exist because he must have been created by somebody or some thing.
Your argument is circular, its a monkey chasing its tail. The same error that convinces you that nature must have a creator can be extended to assert God must have a creator. But if God has a creator, he is obviously not God. Of course, you don't believe God needs a creator because he is eternal, omniscient, immortal, etcetera, etcetera.
But how can you claim to know so much about God? You are just as ignorant as I am.
We don't know how, or even if, the universe was created. All we know for a fact is that we have no evidence it was created by a superior being or intelligence. Now that doesn't mean that it wasn't, just that we don't know, and can't know. It is pointless talking about the properties and characteristics of God because we have absolutely no data about him, and because any speculations we may have about him cannot be tested through experiment or observation.
THAT is the scientific principle of investigation.
