Taliban is not a nationality. It is a political group. Osama bin Laden was firmly allied with it, and supported by it. This citation is one of many.

All of this, including the Saudi visas and the reasons for them have been slowly and patiently explained to you several times, but it's one of a number of issues on which you are completely impervious.

Trying to somehow separate Osama bin Laden and 9/11 from the government of Afghanistan at that time is, frankly, nuts.
