Sub-level 15 at Shamballa is possibly the safest place on Earth. Built to survive a ground zero nuclear detonation of a hydrogen bomb, the floors and walls are well over 30 feet thick of a titanium alloy and all radiation exposure is reduced in this cavernous facility designed to serve as a global command center in a post-apocalyptic world. It makes NORAD secure facilities look like a cardboard hovels for the homeless.
