While Bachmann as a sitting Member of Congress may have said all the things you cited, here is the citation which is the point.
"I want people in Minnesota armed and dangerous on this issue of the energy tax because we need to fight back. Thomas Jefferson told us, “Having a revolution every now and then is a good thing,†and the people – we the people – are going to have to fight back hard if we’re not going to lose our country. And I think this has the potential of changing the dynamic of freedom forever in the United States."
Hyperbole? Of course. Dangerous and seditious hyperbole? Of course. Becoming a Member of Congress? No, more fitting for a two-bit Middle Eastern blusterer or Central American tyrant.
However, she's a Republican Conservative, with Republican Conservatives making excuses for her behavior. Trying to rationalize, spin, weave, dodge and weasel. She, at least, was clear, direct and honest.

I think you missed the correct citation. "Armed and dangerous", "a revolution - - - is a good thing."
