My post just said "read the article." I didn't make any references to "carpetbaggers," leftist or otherwise. Anybody looking for only "left" or "right" in the article was missing the main point.

P.S. You might want to remind your cousin that the vast majority of entrenched elites, moguls, and 1 percenters in this country were virulently opposed to having Trump in the White House. Peter Thiel is well-known because he's basically the only famous tech billionaire who supported Trump.
