What, exactly, is your problem with accountability?
A Conservative mantra is "merit". Over and over and over, it's merit over unions, merit over seniority, merit as the yardstick for employment and compensation.
Except in Conservative politicians and CEOs. Apparently they should be appointed for life.
A reasoning person will simply regard this as another example of Conservative hypocrisy of which you seem particularly proud. Noting that Conservatives experience no shame in their hypocrisy is simply the result of casual observation. How Conservatives can experience no shame is a matter for mental health professionals.
