It would be nice if somebody invented an "all-weather" bicycle.

Actually, I mean a "most weather" bicycle.

It would need a protective faring to keep out the rain, top and bottom, including fenders, of course. Not impossible, but the added equipment would at least double the bicycle's weight. Actually, these are not quite bicycles, because they have 3 wheels, but they are entirely human-powered.
