Ok, me thinks that this may be a good target for Hubble.

[The discovery of this distant burst proves that the universe was producing massive stars capable of exploding as GRBs at a time when the universe was only 600 million years old.

NASA says it will issue a statement about the discovery on Tuesday (April 28th). Stay tuned. . . .]

Honestly, it's possible.

Again, this may be a good target for Hubble and even the Webb telescope to come.

Go Hubble!

Wow, 13.1 billion years before reaching us. Amazing.

P.S.: Hi, Nick! Not sure if this could be the "Mystery Blob", but it's right up there.
