"That's it for America's role in the fight in Pakistan"
The problem with right wingers is every military attack is good and any halt for however long or short is a sign of total surrender. Nowhere in their minds do they even consider the diplomatic, economic and social aid aspects of America's current efforts in Pakistan. No consideration of military aid to Pakistani government forces. No it's just "That's it for America's role in the fight in Pakistan."
The reasons for Obama's moves are clear. The civilian government in Pakistan needs him to back off for now or he risks making this problem even worse than it is by turning the mainstream populace against the weak government.
