NASA's 2010 budget.
I think that to the penny, they're doing what is right.
Human exploration to the stars and our survival here, they're doing ok.
I just caught the re-cap on NASA-TV and some 'guy' from the 'sentinel' was pretty negative with his questioning. As usual, he was asking about the numbers. Of course, NASA survives through tax dollars, but it only counts at about one percent... "one percent" of tax dollars.
To this day, I'l never understand why NASA is and will be so scrutinized since they have to report to our government so frequently (once, maybe twice per year and everything has to be sooo documented.). Our banks should be so lucky. Maybe, they should do the same.

Earth's rotation is slowing down and luna is moving away at a rate of over an inch per year. That leads to lower tides, etc.
Just an aside.
