Negotiating a difficult passage in a labor agreement regarding local versus out-of-area manpower on a hospital project. The attorney on the other side and I came up with the identical idea - more of the "company" people early on arranging the job the way the contractor wanted followed with more local folks later. The total hours would equal the contractual ratio at the end of the job.
We congratulated ourselves on dodging that bullet.
"Great minds run on the same track", I said.
He added, "And fools think alike."
