What's with this place?

Obama is President.

The congress is in the left's hands.

And I'm seeing more sour faces, whining about Cheney and basic unhappiness than ever before.

Could it be that Obama hasn't turned out to be the messiah you thought you elected? Could it be that his policies haven't don one iota to stem the tide of the depression we are entering? Could it be this dissatisfaction now manifests as an inability to be able to joke around at all?

I just tarred, Hummer owners, exotic owners AND smart car owners with the gay tag. It would be far more effective to come back with some HUMOR:

"As I recall YOU drive a Hummer...I always wondered about that."

or

"I think that word does not mean what you think it means."

The kneejerk "you're just an intolerant bigot" routine doesn't stick too well.
