Short sales (borrowing stock)
Margin buys (buying stock on credit)
Day trading (buying and selling stock rapidly in hope of instant rewards)
Arthur Andersen accounting methods
Huge bonuses from money losing companies
Grossly excessive executive compensation
Golden parachutes (paying executives vast bonuses when they are fired)
We have had enough of unregulated, unethical business practices that hurt the entire country.
