HST Deploy video
I guess I’m spoiled. I was up at 5:30 this morning and watching NASA TV so I could watch the redeployment of the HST. What a disappointment! NASA in their wisdom decided to deploy it while the shuttle was in the zone of exclusion and there was no TV coverage at all. All we got was a computer generated graphic of what was happening. Also I have been expecting a playback of taped video of the event and I have seen nothing. All we see now is the empty payload bay. I guess NASA has its reasons for not showing it but that didn’t and doesn’t lessen my disappointment.
