radiators would be black-body black--the better to radiate with, my dear. OTOH, if they got hit by sunlight they would have to be shuttered or turned away to keep them from becoming absorbers.

I've always been interested in the thermodynamics of spacecraft temperature control, does anyone know a good online text or website I could consult?
