I have heard somewhere that the Japanese government
has secretly manufactured components for a couple of nukes
that can be assembled in a matter of hours.
If this story is true then obviously they don't want to make this public.
The citizens of Hiroshima and Nagasaki would scream bloody murder
at their own government.
