Inasmuch as collectivist economics is now considered "mainstream" and "moderate," I suppose there's no reason racial and gender identity politics as the root of a judicial philosophy shouldn't be the norm now as well.

I don't know enough about her to say much else, but I do know what the Left is hoping for from her. Whether they get it or not remains to be seen.
