Turns out that that George Bush's brother Marvin WAS A PRINCIPAL DIRECTOR of Securacom and Stratesec, the primary security firm protecting the World Trade Center until 2000. On top of that, The Saudis also held the pertinent information to American Airlines flights on back channels computers. From Wikipedia:

The Securacom/Stratesec company was publicly traded and backed by an investment firm, the Kuwait-American Corporation.
