It's too thin, and instinct for and skill at tree climbing leads me to believe it's probably a corn or rat snake. Still, that is one ferocious rabbit, it reminds me of the one that attacked Jimmy Carter. Maybe she had bunnies in a hole nearby she was trying to protect.
