Lunar south pole image from Lunar Orbiter 4 in 1967

The folks restoring and improving all those great Lunar Orbiter images
of the Moon recently released an image of that world's south pole taken
in 1967 here:

On a related note, they released an image of the Apollo 12 landing site
which also happens to be where Surveyor 3 touched down in 1967.
The image in question was taken before the robot lander arrived, but
they promise to show another orbiter image after the Surveyor landing
quite soon.

Exciting times!
