"Sovereignty Day in Iraq." - Anyone know where the US troops are going?

Bowser — 7/1/2009 4:25:35 AM (archived)

Iraqi politicians look to spin the withdrawal of U.S. troops to their advantage.

I haven't read of any significant numbers of US troops leaving Iraq with the exception of the few headed off to Afghanistan. I'm aware that the US will NEVER leave Iraq altogether, that's not the way the US operates. But I would have expected significant numbers of people would have left the country.
