ANYBODY Explain this FLARE Occurance?
On the 'net and here posters are talking about viewing a FLARE as the ISS departs/Approaches the sun angle and sometimes it's red or rust in color, what is the durantion of this and can it be seen by the naked eye? Only thru a small spotters scope we saw the disticntion of the arrays from the main body of ISS and next I'm gonna try a cousin's scope he uses at the firing range.....
