Translation of a slur - any thoughts here ER?

The words of the Honduran foreign minister in Spanish in describing Obama were "...un negrito que no sabe nada de nada!" (a little black man who knows nothing)

Actually I would translate "negrito" in this context as being somewhat stronger and more offensive than just "little black man". Perhaps not as strong as the English word "nigger" but it's definitely a slur. Perhaps on a par with "darkie" or blackie" or "little black boy".
