Let's be fair.
The complaint alleged that Palin was being paid for interviews. This is causing her and the state of Alaska a lot of money.
Palin says her family has racked up more than $500,000 in legal fees and the state has poured about $2 million of taxpayer money into investigating the complaints.
It looks like the complaints are likely just politcal monkey wrenches.
The complaint is the 17th filed against Palin and the second since she announced July 3 she is resigning. Most of them have been dismissed as baseless.
And from what I read about Palin's brother-in-law, he had no business being in law enforcement. It wasn't just about a messy divorce.
I don't know what Palin is up to but if she's getting out before scandal hits, thats very unusual for a politician.
Think Blagojevich.
