A hell of a way to run a country, although muggers do all right with that same moral code.
On a more practical note, a lot of small businesses are going to get hit with this crap. By all means, keep kneecapping the people who are hiring most of the employees in this country.

I don't think there will be nearly as many Democrats in Congress in January of 2011 as there are today.
