Do I detect some distain for non-lethals?
It was not that many years ago in my city that the police shot dead a mental patient weilding a knife.
Dead, Dead, Dead, not alive, complaining and considering a law suit.
I would like to see the day when non-lethals replace firearms as side arms for police.
