Well, they were tasered instead of clubbed
and the first four are alive to see the cops diciplined and to seek damages.
Cops are poorly paid and poorly selected but we have to have them. There will always be greivous excesses.
Misuse of non-lethals will be expensive for the cities that don't correct the problem.
