Evolution will never stop so long as life exists. In particular, humans have not finished evolving at all. To the contrary, they are now evolving faster than ever. Here is why:
The rate of evolution is controlled primarily by change in the environment. Here I use the word "environment" in the most general way, referring not only to the immediate physical surroundings, but to all of those factors that impinge upon life including other animals, plants, diseases, etc, etc.
Nobody disputes that humanity's environment (in the sense specified above) is changing rapidly. 200 years ago, nobody had cars. Today there are probably a billion cars on the World's streets. Computers, industrial pollution, and numerous other things greatly affect our lives today. Therefore, human evolution must be proceeding at its most rapid pace ever.
Many of the evolutionary changes in currently in progress must be mental, but others must be somatic as well. Walking on rigid pavement must force changes in the hips, knees, and feet. Breathing polluted air must be changing our lungs. And so forth. Typing on terminals must be changing our hands.
I am NOT referring to Lamark's discredited notion of inheritance of acquired characteristics, but to the Darwinian-Wallace concept of natural selection. People who can type on terminals for longer without tendonitis will be able to work better and earn more money, giving them the possibility of affording more descendants, etc. Thus, the resistance to carpal tunnel syndrome will increase with time.

Not a snowball's chance in Hell. Humanity's rate of evolution is at its greatest ever.
