Interesting nuke...can't see the envior lobby which has this country by the nuts ever leting it happen.

DC-X was killed because NASA wanted it's own X-33 SSTO. The LOX-H2 SSTO turned out to be a billion dollar hangar queen, back when a billion dollars was serious money.
