Well, they can't pay their mortgages, will or have declared bankruptcy...And they must live with their own stupidity in that they purchased a home that was WAY beyond what they could afford... What more punishment do they need?

3. What steps should be taken to prevent future economic catastrophes including ENRON, S&L failures, and the junk mortgage disaster? STOP BAILING OUT LOSERS...YOU ARE FINANCING HIGH RISK ACTIVITIES WITH YOUR BAILOUTS!!! Sorry.. Don't mean to shout, but stupidity annoys me.

4. Do you see the mortgage business as been over regulated? YES. Real Property transactions have always been regulated by the legal concept of CAVEAT EMPTOR. I know that Barney Frank thinks he is smarter than hundreds of years of Common Law rulings, but he's not...In fact, he's a frigging moron.
