Panspermia is actual life forms being delivered from one world to another
Most scientists would probably already agree that the ingredients for
life were planted on Earth from space, though actual life forms remain
a bit controversial, though not as much as it used to be.
The disagreement would be more on the odds of such a thing happening
rather than the mechanisms themselves, such as microbes in rocks
blasted from the surface of say Mars from a big impact.
