From their support forum today:

Please accept our sincere apologies for this problem. Please be assured that we are working on it. In fact, the team worked on it overnight to fix this problem. We have isolated the problem and the fix has been developed. But we cannot release the fix until we test it thoroughly.

Please expect another update from us by 2 PM Pacific time.

Again sorry for this trouble.
