I think the most important questions haven't been addressed.
This questions are for those still living in the USA.
question 1: What space programs and projects do 200 million taxpayers want?
Afterall, it's their decision.
You can only speak for yourself, and you are only one person; one taxpayer.
What about the other 199,999,999 taxpayers in the USA?
What do the majority of those American taxpayers want from their space program?
Do they want manned Earth-orbital missions?
Do they want men to return to the Moon?
Do they want only unmanned mission?
Where are the Gallup Poll, or Harris Poll numbers?
