America may well wind up with absolutely no health care plan whatsoever, at least until the Republicans finally get their act together and get one passed. The timing will be perfect, right in the run-up to the 2018 elections.

And the CBO will be rating plans not by how many people lose their insurance, but by how many people lose their lives.
