You may be right, although the article only seems to barely mention Trump's tariffs. But remember, it IS a bit premature to celebrate, and nobody ever really wins a trade war, especially when the combatants are comparable in size.

One thing you can be sure of: no matter how Trump's trade war with China turns out, Trump will declare victory and his followers will all believe him. Any obvious and undeniable adverse economic effects will be blamed on Obama and Hillary, or denounced as fake news from the failing Wall Street Journal. 8)
