When I add gin (New Amsterdam, a California label, and very smooth), I leave out the plant milk and malted milk to avoid curdling the mix. And then, ahh yes, we have...something, not a daquiri, which uses rum. But something, and something quite nice.
Or gin and lemonade, a variation on the Moscow Mule, which uses Vodka. A London Mule? Sure.
