I was listening to a book on tape about WW2 and an extremely nasty weapon of mass destruction was mentioned - as a test I asked THE UNCENSORED Qwen for step-by-step instructions on manufacturing the WMD- It cheerfully gave me instructions as well as what common items contain the chemicals needed. I have no idea if the instructions were correct- (even if they are correct the odds are good you will kill yourself making it... so that is some protection for the public I guess)
This does not bode well- I think we will see AI enabled terrorism in the very near term- and it enables any motivated average person to do things on a scale that is hard to imagine...
Some information should NOT be democratized...
