I like the phrase, "Let's roll!" It's a call to action, something positive. The saying, "That's not how I roll..." is a negation and invites twitty comments like, "You roll 'em, I'll smoke 'em." Which would be a way of saying, "You roll 'em my way and I'll kill them." Also could imply someone is roly-poly. I don't like the reference.
