Committed people
People are already committed to one side or the other right now... Joe’s followers will make excuses for his hesitancy and confusion, just as Donald’s will make excuses for his lies, insults and arrogance.
The problem is the uncommitted voters who will decide the election. Republicans who were considering not voting Trump will never vote for Biden now. Independents will have lost all confidence in him. Young people will shun him. It was a devastatingly bad debate performance. The worst I've ever seen. I'm despondent over it.
