I looked it up and Dick endorsed Trump in 2016, but refused to endorse him in 2024. Cheney's split from Trump came after Jan. 6.
But the split was unequivocal. Cheney endorsed and voted for Harris and said Trump was a coward who used lies and violence to try to overturn an election where the voters rejected him. He said Trump could never be trusted with power again and patriots should put the constitution over partisanship.
If only all republicans were like that.
