Thank you for the history on that. I have to believe at least a lot of that infrastructure existed before the great pyramids began construction. The ports for trade. The quarries for building their cities. The trade with surrounding nations for the logs of wood. Schools to educated the elites on mathematics, engineering, architecture, etc.
But it is yet another example of how intelligent and more advanced ancient humans were than most modern non-historians give them credit for.
