Yes, it does occur to me.

And many are American citizens. And even as I say, "Deport them all!" I know I'd be one of the first ones to scream, "Unfair!" if suddenly we did treat them like our country did the Japanese during WWII. But now I understand the fear, how Americans felt then.

I'm sick of living under the threat of another terrorist strike which could kill hundreds, maybe thousands, put our economy back in the toilet (from which it has not quite emerged yet) and make people afraid to even attend something like a football game. I've thought the Cowboys' new stadium would make an obvious target for terrorists.

Sure we're more vigilant now and they're tracking them down but all they have to miss is one guy.

Realistically, I have thought that deporting all Muslims who are not citizens might lessen the chance of another terror strike. Deny entrance to any and all Muslims who want to come here. Maybe we should close our doors to Muslims.

There is a Muslim family here whose daughter married an American man and kept it secret from her family (long story -- I know the American and his family well). They had a baby. Her father found out, kidnapped her and sent her back to Pakistan where he married her off to a Pakistani doctor. Her father is a man of considerable wealth and power. So there is a young American man whose wife and child have been ripped away from him and he may never see either of them again. The Muslim man is supposedly an American citizen. They don't mind taking advantage of the benefits of citizenship but think they are above our laws. The Muslim should be in jail but the American is afraid of what would happen to his wife and child. They do not honor life as we do. They could and possibly would kill the woman and child before allowing them to return to the US.
