If anyone wants my opinion (and doesn't everyone?) it wasn't particularly ugly.
Speaking for myself, it wasn't particularly accurate. I posted the list of comics I read, few of which fall into that category, and the only video games I have played a lot are things like "Myst" and "Riven," which have almost no violence at all. To be honest, I do have fun watching my son play the shoot-em-ups. I make strategy suggestions.
